What is the dashboard?

Your dashboard has four webpages that let you navigate FlaiLabs' key features.

What is the homepage?

After you log in, your personal dashboard's homepage provides a summary of your interview performance and key insights from each interview you've completed.

What is the Sessions page?

The Sessions page is where you can access each interview you've created. You can check the status of each one and, with a shortcut, view your CV, feedback, and preparation plan, or even delete an interview.

What is the job board?

The Job Board provides you with job alerts that FlaiLabs curates specifically for you, based on your preferences.

What is the settings page?

In the Settings page, you can view your account details and manage your subscription. You also have the option to delete your account and all associated data.

Stage feedback

After each interview stage—whether it's a phone screen, competency, behavioral, or salary negotiation—you'll receive customized feedback. This feedback covers things like your use of filler words, how well you applied the STAR method, and the relevance of your answers. These insights show you exactly what to focus on to improve your interview skills.

Interview feedback

Once you've completed all your interviews, you'll get a summary of your performance across every session. This includes statistics and references that highlight your strengths and areas for improvement. You'll also be able to play back your interviews to review them.

Overall score

Your overall score is calculated based on the relevance of your responses and the importance of weight of each answer you provide.

FlaiLabs gives you the resources you need to ace your interviews. We provide a custom Preparation Plan that offers key insights into the company you're interviewing with, covering everything from its market position and culture to its products, services, and values.
